About Me

Welcome to my personal portfolio where I showcase my data science and machine learning projects. I'm a passionate data scientist with interests in variety of areas including financial analytics, market research and sports analytics.

I'm currently a graduate student at University of Toronto pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with focus in Data Science and Financial Engineering. Before this, I was working in the automotive and manufacturing industry in an engineering analyst role, working on workflow optimization problems, project management and process data analytics projects. My past work experience along with my curiousity for learning new technologies is what drove me into the decision of diving into the field of data science.

I came into this field from a mechanical engineering background, having completed my Bachelor's degree at University of Waterloo a few years ago. As part of my undergraduate program, I graduated with 2 years of work experience in wide variety of industries including chemicals, consumer goods, Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and rocket development.

In my spare time, I enjoy data modeling and learning new tools and technologies through online courses and conferences. However, on a good sunny weather, I like to grab my camera and roam outdoors.
